A look back..

Today I am taking a look back at this past five months I have been style blogging and picked out some of my favorite looks! These range from all the way back to my very first post :) It's fun to look back on this journey and I can't believe how fast the time has gone! I am looking forward to what 2014 brings and am excited to continue this fashion journey! Thank you for all your continued support and sweet comments!!

I am so happy it is Wednesday! I have been feeling a little under the weather since yesterday and am looking forward to a much needed weekend break! Teaching sure does take it out of you sometimes! (But I love it!) I love pencil skirts from J.Crew! They always fit so well and are perfect for my work wardrobe! I own many and continue buying them! They have had amazing deals on all of their skirts with the Black Friday and cyber Monday sales. Below are some of my favorite skirts from J.Crew that I am craving!

On another note, has everyone started the Christmas music? I know I have in my classroom! It brings such a happy feeling to my room and I love the feeling of Christmas! This is one of my favorite holidays and it has finally snowed! I am not excited to drive in it... however I love looking out my window to a fresh white blanket of snow! Ill be honest, it could leave when January comes but until then I will love it!

Sometimes you just need a little edge in your life. I love these pants because I feel that they give me just that! They give me that little edge to any look without being to crazy! Plus they are so comfortable! Who doesn't love that? If you have followed along with me you know I love comfort and love it even more when I can do it in a classy way!

winter fur..

With the recent snow fall in Utah yesterday, (didn't stick yet...) this is one of my favorite things to wear to keep warm! Fur vests!! I have two right now that I feel I add into every look right now. They are a simple way of adding a great element to any outfit! I love winter because I get to layer. Vests are a great way to do it!

There are just those days when you want to feel comfortable. I have a hard time wearing sweats when I go out places so this is a perfect alternative! These boyfriend jeans are seriously one of my favorite pants in my closet. They were on sale at Target for only $17! How amazing is that? Perfect price for some amazing jeans. My next step is to distress them a little bit! Once I feel confident in my ability to do so I will try it. What is your favorite look to wear when you want to feel comfortable?!

Fall Neon with White Coat Wardrobe!

You all know me and my love for pattern mixing! I was also able to combine some color blocking in there for my second look on transitioning neon colors into fall! Don't be afraid to go bold. I love these fall months and all the beautiful colors. Even though I love grey, black, and navy, I have to be able to spice things up sometimes!! What do you think?!
