Happy Thursday!! It really is a happy day, its the last day of school! This has me thinking about all the fun summer plans we have! One of our biggest excitements is our trip to Hawaii with my family! With thinking about that trip, I am in a swim suit craze. In high school I never liked one pieces. However, now I love them! I feel that they are classy and cover up just the right amount. They have such amazing prints and shapes! I have chosen some of my favorites up above including my favorite two piece. I currently own two of them and am obsessed. My husband got me the peplum Zinke Starboard one piece for my birthday and am so excited every time I put it on!  Happy Tuesday everyone! Today I am so excited because we are heading on a road trip after school! My husband, Koda (our dog), and I are heading to Arizona to visit my family! Crazy as it sounds we love road trips! You get to see so many beautiful views and sites along the way! Today I am showing you a great look for a road trip. I am not the biggest fan of wearing sweats in public.. my husband can attest to me having a hard time with it! So for my road trip attire, I have chosen a comfy sun dress with some cute sandals and a baseball cap! Simple but so cute and a lot better than sweats! I also threw in some essentials! A camera, cleaning face wipes, sunglasses, a simple bracelet, and lip gloss! What are your favorite road trip looks?!

Mothers Day Gift Guide

Its almost Mothers day! That means it is time to start thinking about what to get those special women in your life! I love being able to celebrate my amazing mom as well as every other mother who has helped me in my life. J.Crew Cravings..

Happy Monday everyone! Sorry for my absence again! Its been a crazy week and this week we finally close on our new home! Teaching, packing, moving, signing paperwork, and taking care Koda are on this weeks agenda! However, here are some of my current cravings with J.Crew! I love Valentines! It has always been one of my favorite holidays even when I didn't have a valentine! It is a holiday of love and amazing colors! I loved picking out a look for valentines. I feel that I do this every year! This skirt from TopShop is amazing! As soon as I saw it I feel in love. And this blouse! I love mixing pieces together that wouldn't normally be expected to be paired together. I added in some color with this amazing Marc Jacobs bag and some more print with these fun leopard print booties! I can't wait for Friday and to finally surprise my loving husband with his gifts!!

Thank goodness its Wednesday! Almost halfway over with the work week and that much closer to Christmas Break! I can't wait to be off to spend time with family and friends to celebrate the holidays! While I am working on getting more pictures to put up, I decided to put together a casual weekend wear! I am loving these boots! Chic and perfect for the winter weather. I am also loving this gingham pea coat from J.Crew! It looks gorgeous on Emily @ The Ivory Lane. Pair it with some simple skinny jeans, a gorgeous hand bag, a fun phone case, and your off for the weekend!

fall cravings

I love fall! My favorite thing to do is put on an over sized sweater, comfortable jeans, some loafers and a hat! Add some sparkly loafers, a fabulous hand bag, and a gold tassel necklace and you are good to go! Here are some of my current cravings. I love every item that is on this list! The hat is so fabulous. Lets just say that I am having a fall obsession with ankle booties! How fabulous are all these options? I love the variety of booties that you can find to go with any outfit or look! I have really started to love one piece swimming suits lately! There are so many amazing prints, patterns, and styles incorporated into a one piece. Plus they are very flattering. I created this day at the lake look because in about a week my hubs and I will be heading to Lake Powell with his family!!! This is a vacation that we look forward to every year. {It's my husbands favorite vacation spot and I admit it is such a fun & beautiful place!} I can't wait to start packing my swimwear & sunscreen!

This would have to be one of my favorite date night looks. I love J. Crew pencil skirts {as I have expressed before..} They are always so flattering and perfect for a date night! I choose to pair it with one of my favorite Tees the J. Crew vintage v-neck. Best tee you will ever buy! Add some metallic wedges, a statement necklace, and this fun Clare Vivier bag and your good to go! This bag is a little different than the cheetah print Clare Vivier that I have seen. {Its Jaguar print!} I like that its not the same and adds a unique touch to the outfit. The statement necklace is fun, don't you think?! What is your favorite date night look?
