Here is my second look with this amazing top! I am still obsessed with oranges! I love this neon tweed skirt I got for my birthday almost a year ago. Pieces like this skirt that are an item that I love for a long time are my favorite! Neon is also a fun trend to continue on this spring. So many great colors!!
